    Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a Customer Care Executive to provide exceptional client support and ensure a smooth customer experience.     Key Responsibilities:

    • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person professionally.
    • Provide accurate information about tax consultancy services and company offerings.
    • Assist clients in scheduling appointments and resolving concerns.
    • Maintain and update customer records in the system.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
    • Follow up on customer feedback and take necessary actions for service improvement.
    • Handle complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring resolution.
    • Uphold company standards in customer service and maintain confidentiality.

    Qualifications & Skills:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
    • 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in finance or consultancy.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
    • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
