Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person professionally.
- Provide accurate information about tax consultancy services and company offerings.
- Assist clients in scheduling appointments and resolving concerns.
- Maintain and update customer records in the system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
- Follow up on customer feedback and take necessary actions for service improvement.
- Handle complaints with patience and professionalism, ensuring resolution.
- Uphold company standards in customer service and maintain confidentiality.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in customer service, preferably in finance or consultancy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-driven environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
