Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for a proactive and organized HR Assistant to support our Human Resources department in Dubai. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about HR operations and eager to grow within a professional and fast-paced consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist with day-to-day HR functions, including employee onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining personnel records.

Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.

Maintain accurate employee records and ensure timely updates to HR databases.

Prepare HR documents such as employment contracts, letters, and reports.

Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures.

Coordinate training sessions, staff meetings, and other HR-related events.

Track employee attendance, leave balances, and support payroll preparation.

Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and internal HR policies.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in an HR support role, preferably in a corporate or consultancy setting.

Familiarity with UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.

Good communication skills in English; Arabic is a plus.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
