Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Onboarding: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
- Employee Relations: Address employee queries and concerns, ensuring a positive and supportive workplace culture.
- Policy Implementation: Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Performance Management: Oversee performance appraisal processes, providing guidance to managers and employees.

Requirements:
