Kazamer Tax Consultant is looking for an experienced and dynamic HR Executive to oversee our human resources operations in Dubai. This role is essential in managing recruitment, employee relations, and HR policies to ensure a productive and positive work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies in compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Oversee payroll, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Conduct training sessions and professional development programs.
- Maintain HR records, documentation, and reporting for compliance.
- Collaborate with department heads to address workforce planning and development.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of HR experience, preferably in the consultancy sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
