- Front Desk Management: Manage the reception area, answer incoming calls, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
- Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining office supplies.
- Communication Handling: Receive and distribute mail and other correspondence efficiently.
- Visitor Log Maintenance: Ensure accurate records of visitor details and maintain security protocols.
- Team Coordination: Support the administrative team in organizing documents and presentations.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in office management are a plus.
- Experience:
- Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably within a corporate or consultancy setting.
- Skills:

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
