    Kazamer Tax Consultant is seeking a motivated and results-driven Telecaller to join our team in Dubai. This role involves reaching out to potential clients, explaining our tax consultancy services, and assisting them with inquiries to drive business growth.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Make outbound calls to potential clients and introduce them to our services.
    • Handle inbound inquiries and provide accurate information regarding tax consultancy solutions.
    • Maintain a database of leads and follow up to ensure customer engagement.
    • Build strong client relationships and identify sales opportunities.
    • Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and conversions.
    • Work closely with the sales team to support business development efforts.
    • Maintain professionalism and ensure customer satisfaction in all interactions.

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in any relevant field.
    • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in telecalling, sales, or customer service.
    • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
    • Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is an advantage.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet targets.
    • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
